Complete housing rehabilitation facing the Meditarranean sea in Son Servera

Complete renovation of a traditional summer house built in 1920, located on the beachfront with direct access to the sea. High-quality, locally sourced materials were used, maximizing natural light and the excellent views, while maintaining its simplicity and distinctly Mediterranean character.
